During this experience I train from one to fifteen professional learners, individuals and for Pôle Emploi. - With this enriching experience, I develop a lively and interactive technique, inspired by neuro-ergonomics. The goal is to solidly and sustainably optimize memorization and learning time, by developing cognitive links, new habits, through the successive practice of accompanied exercises, adapting to the learner's cognitive rhythm. During a course, speaking time must be perfectly balanced, like a dialogue, because the implicit call to action is a powerful lever for learning through experience. The games are formidable to monopolize the attention and to strengthen the desire to reach a better "score"; whether they are in the form of a quiz, a practical exercise, an imaginary scenario or a verification of acquired knowledge. In other words, favoring action over theory is a proven strategy (according to my stats. evaluation vs. certification and learner evaluations). It is in this vision inspired by cognitive science, I develop increasingly graphic and didactic courses, always with the aim of validating national educational objectives. Finally, another element proves its worth in my pedagogical approach: it is to explain the structure of the courses by connecting it to the objectives, in the preamble. And reiterate it at almost every chapter, like a road map. This boosts the motivation of learners in a quest to reach the end of the objectives, in the form of stage games until the "final boss". Practical exercises, therefore, in the form of games and quizzes have been put in place to encourage action and thus play down the complexity of this new technology. - Secondly, it was important for me to highlight the "top 10" technical problems that their students would encounter during the 22-23 school year. Based on the most recurring questions from Internet users, my trainees and my experience as a 3D collection manager. In order to strengthen their knowledge of CLO3D, a series of exercises from the creation of the pattern to the final rendering have been carried out. The trainees had the task of developing a product according to their imaginations from a common ESMOD pattern. Beyond creative practice, almost a game (excellent for memorizing and adopting new habits according to neuro-linguistics); these series of exercises were also a pretext to elucidate the many points of exception, complexity and vocabulary in a more fluid but just as memorized way. I developed and taught these summaries: - computer components vs. CLO3D - modes, menus, tools, options, display modes - pattern creation by clipping, modification, editing - printed vs. texture vs. relief (the different maps) - topstitch / puckering - colorway - rendering mode, lighting and programming - photo-realism techniques Show less During the annual ESMOD International seminar, I was called upon to create initiation days to 3D technology in the fashion industry.
