These projects are worldwide obtained via crane manufacturers (OEM’s) and end customers (port terminals).As project manager I am responsible for company-wide international projects (C and B) and project teams, to ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, scope, and budget through standardized methodologies while ensuring continuous alignment between the various stakeholders.Some of the projects done with OEM ZPMC China 5 +3 STS cranes ECT Rotterdam. 90MT cranes which are able to load/unload the largest containerships. Provided with new electric active skew control, sway control, automatic mode and target positioning system. One crane provided with new full remote control.2 STS cranes VTE Genova Italy. 83MT crane with a non standard sliding boom structure. 7 ECO RTG Libra terminal Brazil Santos and Rio de Janeiro. For a new end user we delivered the first ECO RTG's in Brazil. 2 Pothandling cranes Harsco Velzen noord. A new type of crane which can handle hot coal slags with one main hoist drive for hoisting the pot and 1 auxiliary hoist drive for turning over the pot. 5 STS cranes Saigon Vietnam DPW terminal. 65MT cranes with new truck position system also in backreach area.29 STS cranes 80MT cranes with 2 twin spreaders which could be coupled but also work independently by a special designed gearbox and braking system.
