Guus has worked for us as a cocktailshaker / bartender from september 2006 till january 2010. He always showed us a positive and mature working attitude. During his work he is calm and stress resistant. He thinks in solutions and not in problems. Guus is very flexible he knows exactly how to perform and behave in all kinds of working situations at the different type of events we do. He can easily adapt himself to any kind of working environment . As a staff member he is service minded and has a hands on mentality when things needs to be done. He is a real team player with a lot of positive energy towards his collegues. He also knows how to motivate his colleagues. When he works he does it with passion and a lot of drive. We were very pleased with him as an employee and colleague and we would hire him again immediately
