Worked on the Watch from the very beginning. I had the lifetime opportunity of being part of the team that conceptualized the product. Back then, we could only imagine the impact on millions of people around the globe.For the first version of the Watch, my primary responsibility was the Mail application, which I wrote solo. I also created a few Clock Faces (Photos and Motion) and assisted other teams architect their code (most notably, Notifications). At the end, I was leading a small team responsible for the Watch's Mail and Calendar apps.John Gruber (from Daring Fireball), in The Talk Show (Ep. 116) highlights the Mail app with great enthusiasm as "someone really knocked it out of the park".
