As a Founding Partner and Main Shareholder of this law firm, I was in charge not only of business related to the firm’s practice, I was also involved in management and other areas related to the leading of this company. Throughout the time Calderón & Capilla become a law firm that enjoyed great prestige and reputation. Due to irreconcilable differences with my only partner, we took the resolution to end the firm since November 2010 and we provided services in the same office until February 2011. Today Calderón & Capilla SC is no longer providing new services, nor taking new clients and is about to begin the process of dissolution and liquidation, as agreed by it's two partners. Show less

I helped several foreign clients in the negotiation and drafting of contracts related to property transactions and also acted as coordinator of purchase closings for some of them. Although my stay in this job was short, I had the opportunity to offer the services of Real Estate Closings, Escrow Services and Title Insurance.
