As a Founding Partner and Main Shareholder of this law firm, I was in charge not only of business related to the firm’s practice, I was also involved in management and other areas related to the leading of this company. Throughout the time Calderón & Capilla become a law firm that enjoyed great prestige and reputation. Due to irreconcilable differences with my only partner, we took the resolution to end the firm since November 2010 and we provided services in the same office until February 2011. Today Calderón & Capilla SC is no longer providing new services, nor taking new clients and is about to begin the process of dissolution and liquidation, as agreed by it's two partners. Show less
