  The employment consist of two primary work streams; a fundraising/investor relations role and a business development role from an investor relations/fundraising perspective. The fundraising role's main purpose is securing access to capital for all EQT business segments. The work includes: planning new fundraises, create marketing strategy for the funds, prepare investment materials, conduct investor calls and go through fund investments including: the investment rationale, business plan, current trading and exit strategy. The work also includes managing co-investment processes, LPA changes/amendments, negotiating terms as well as cross-fund related transactions. My current main responsibility is the EQT Real Estate II fundraise where we have successfully secured capital to the investment team in less than three months of fundraising to finance new deals. The fund is still raising money. CR Team achievements to date: successfully secured over €22bn of capital to EQT funds since November 2017. The business development role consist of developing internal processes and drive projects that will enhance EQT's investors'experiences investing in EQT funds and enable EQT to raise capital as efficient as possible from strategic important investors.
