The production capacity of the MSP (Mineral Separation Plant) is being enhanced from the present 9000MT/annum to 15000MT/annum of Premium grade Zircon. Premium grade zircon from Kalimantan with ZrO2>66% , low Fe2O3 , low TiO2 and very low U&Th, is specially suited for premium glaze materials, nuclear reactors, speciality chemicals and zirconium sponge, and is already in high demand China, Taiwan, India etc. PT.Zirmet Mining has very quickly etched itself as a major supplier from Indonesia, of Premium grade Zircon in the world Zircon market.
