-Richmond Community Health Access Centre This project was a 25,000 sq. ft. T.I. to house a number of community outreach and health programs. The facility combines Examination Rooms, Rehab Space, Hydrotherapy and Hand Therapy clinical areas as well as open office areas for the community outreach staff. -601 West Hastings - New Office Tower This project is a 25 storey office tower just south of Waterfront Station. The base of the tower uses a minimum floor area to maximize efficiency and outdoor public space. Each of the upper floors contains roughly 9,000 sq. ft. of space including the core. The parking levels of the new building connect underground with the building immediately to the north 333 Seymour Street. -333 Seymour Street - Podium Revitalization Adjacent to 601 West Hastings, this building was constructed in the mid 1980s. It is undergoing a revitalization program to the podium levels with improved office amenities and groundplane connection to 601 West Hastings. Show less

-Stanton Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Project – Senior Project Manager A $350 million P3 project which was completed in 2019. It is an all-inclusive redevelopment that upgrades and enhances the delivery of healthcare in the Northwest Territories. The new structure doubled Stanton’s modern clinical care capacity to 280,000 square feet and provides 100 in-patient beds in single-occupancy patient rooms. It is the largest construction project to date in Northwest Territories’ history. -The Okanagan Integrated Health Center- Project Manager The approximately 180,000 square foot Centre is state of the art diagnostic medical facilities implementing the highest standards of patient care, while providing a healing environment catering to the s wellness of patients. The Centre incorporates many clinical functions such as diagnostic imaging, operating rooms, minor procedure rooms, clinical exam rooms and single occupancy patient rooms. This project was taken to the completion of Design Development. -RCMP E Division Headquarters Consolidation Project- Project Manager The project is a consolidation of many disparate RCMP facilities scattered around the lower mainland. There are four buildings planned on the campus with three of the four recently completed; the fourth contemplated for future construction. I acted as the lead project manager for Buildings B and C during the design development and construction document phases; facilitating extensive user group meetings and coordinating the Project Agreement requirements. -Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre - Senior Project Manager The Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre in Surrey, B.C. is a public-private partnership (P3) pushed the boundaries of patient-centered care and efficiency. It the first phase of an envisioned four phase Healthcare campus. -Clarence-Rockland Recreational and Cultural Complex – Project Manager The City of Clarence-Rockland wanted to build a “wellness center” facility that could bring their community together. This project included the construction of a new library with community spaces, a gymnasium, a YMCA running track and fitness area, aquatics centre and change rooms to accommodate each area and user group. The new center was built, at a cost of $17 million beside the existing High School and attached through a corridor. The project was a joint venture between COLE+Associates and Shore Tilbe Irwin (now Perkins+Will Canada). -University of Ottawa Biosciences Complex Phases II and III – Project Manager This $59 million project encompassed the consolidation and expansion of the Biology Department that was previously located in buildings dispersed throughout The University of Ottawa campus. The scope of work involved the renovation of an existing laboratory building to meet current standards and construction of two new larger laboratory and administrative buildings. The three-phase complex houses teaching and research space for more than 1,000 students in biology and related courses and more than 40 faculty members. -The Portrait Gallery of Canada – Job Captain The objective for the Portrait Gallery of Canada project was to renovate the Neo-classical Heritage Building, designed by Cass Gilbert, which formerly housed the United States Embassy. In addition to renovating and maintaining the character of the original Beaux Art building and interior, a modern addition of new public gallery space capable of future expansion was to be build next to and complement the heritage building. I was involved with the renovation and coordination of the exhibit design of the Cass Gilbert portion; coordinating the integration of exhibit design with the heritage elements; coordinating interventions and repairing of the building façade in consultation with the heritage consultant.
