Roles & Responsibility: • Experienced in overall Foundry Quality Activities (inward & inprocess inspection). • Knowledge of casting defects in foundry and expertise to resolve. •Experienced in quality documentation such as 8D,PPAP,FMEA,CP,7QC,SPC, MSA, and internal and external audits. •Experienced in customer satisfaction and complaint resolution. •Manage customer end PPM. •Resolve issues with customer quality and improve supplier performance. •Visiting the customer's end to analyse the repeated defect and recommend corrective action. •Creating and updating company documentation, such as the quality manual and quality procedures, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. •Experience with chemical, mechanical, and metallurgical laboratory testing. •Creating monthly QRM reports. •CFT Participant in NPD Part Development Activities.
