His ability to handle complex issues inspires me. He's always ready to take up any challenges coming to him. He goes beyond the limits to meet the deadlines.

I have worked with Guru for 3 years. I've seen Guru's dedication towards the goal stays focused and unbreakable. No matter what the problem is, he never hesitate to get help and before that he does his thorough research to make sure, he never missed a stone in that block. His contribution towards the project made him one of the most dependable resources and also he has been good at training the new comers to understand the work environment and project structure. Coming to the technical part, Guru has been put up his efforts in line to meet the criteria so that stays up to date so that his work goes undisputed. I can say if there's something that we weren't sure, Guru would be ready there to give a brief to the topic so that others would catch up to that level. There were times where he would never feel pressurized but to deliver the output as promised. I still remember where we used to work during late nights to make sure the deadline is never missed and the results were delivered.
