As a systems engineer at CAE I was responsible for working on two different software modules - SATCOM and Datalink, which are crucial to aircraft simulation and directly have an impact on pilot training. At one point during this period, I was the only engineer within the company working on a particular system and travelled all over the world onsite to be able to work with the client directly and introduce new software modules onto their simulator.
