Project Crumb • A USD$26million project to reduce transportation cost and to complete the demand of raw material for the running chocolate plants at Cadbury Baddi plant. Raw material production of 25TPD was achieved, which later was extended to up to 35TPD in second phase. Successfully resolved layouts, design and technical issues. Installed equipment’s such as blenders, sieves, T-Reactor, dryers, contherms etc. • Directed the fabrication and erection teams of over 70+ persons. Documented daily activities, risk logs and highlighted project reports to senior management. Identified and rectified safety, quality and productivity problems while execution. Made as built drawings and handover documents for every equipment before project hand over to the production team. Project Rail • A brownfield project valued at USD1.4million to modify existing packing area and equipment’s to reduce packing costs. Successfully installed a 3T blender and 3 chocolate storage tanks 20T each, to increase the storage capacity and hook up with the existing line. Installed HVAC Fabric duct over the running production line without hampering the production, removed the foil wrap machine from running line during plant CIP and increased per day packing capacity from 120 BPM to 240 BPM for 11 packing machines and awarded for taking initiative and showing up leadership skills. Project Big Band • This USD$18million project area 5500-meter square was for the very first equipment installed and commissioned in Band Dryer in India to increase the production of bournvita up to 10TPD. Visited vendor’s site and ensured engineering aspects and quality of equipment’s as per contract and organizational standards. Old lobe pumps from UK factory were used in this project, which were refurbished at site to reduce the project cost.
