As District Manager and member of the senior management team I had responsibility for the performance management and business planning of 5 decentralised neighbourhoods-housing offices providing a service to 6000 units.  I also had corporate responsibility for Repairs and Voids citywide and thus the development of innovative estate based initiatives that improved key performance indicators, customer satisfaction and engaged with local stakeholders. I was particularly successful with initiatives on the Hillfields Estate (Inner city high rise blocks of flats) significantly reducing the voids.  I was a part of the stock transfer group involved in liaising with tenants to ensure the “message” was understood and then helping the culture change and positioning of the new organization to deliver on expectations.
