Guy was my manager for the last 3 years when I worked at both Sun and latterly Oracle and I have known Guy for over 7 years. I can honestly say that he is the best manager that I have had the pleasure to work for, he drives and motivates his team with enthusiasm that comes from his work ethic. He is well liked by his employees, by his colleagues and his customers. He always delivers and is always first to volunteer for any difficult customer situation. His attitude is relentlessly positive and he is happy to join you in any difficult situations and you can always count on his support. His vast experience makes him a highly valuable asset to any organization. Guy's dedication and passion for his work, combined with the ability to provide support to those requiring it, are exceptional qualities and not often seen it today's business I would have no fears in recommending Guy for any Senior Service Management role.
