Odyssey Hackfest is a hackathon festival which contains a series of events including the Apptitude Challenge, a 1-month mobile application development workshop supported by Huawei, as well as online and physical hackathons. I am responsible for finding the monetary sponsors and university collaborators. Our team has successfully secured 8 monetary sponsors with a total funding of RM50,000 and 28 university collaborators. I have participated in the physical marketing across the secondary schools in West Malaysia to increase the exposure of event and to share my experience to students who are interested in AI field. As one of the committees of the Publishing Department, I was entrusted with the task of designing and producing the publications for the event, as well as the committee's name cards using designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. This has enhanced my proficiency in using both Adobe software. I was given the responsibility of serving as the on-stage timekeeper during the competition, which required a strong ability to cope with stresses, always maintain focus, and be prepared to handle any unexpected circumstances and contingencies on the stage. I was the Learning Facilitator of Agent A Program, organized by the Math Department of Kolej Matrikulasi Pahang. I was responsible for aiding students in achieving excellence in their Mathematics exams. This program was designed to assist students in mastering difficult concepts and materials, and my role involved preparing the lesson plans and contents for my class, which consists of approximately 30 individuals. Being a learning Facilitator, I faced many challenges, particularly in fully understanding the concepts that needed to be taught and effectively communicating these ideas to my classmates.
