I started with this company as a Shop Mechanic. Few years later I was promoted to a Shop Foreman role which gave me an opportunity to manage various equipment building project. Equipment designing and manufacturing has always been one of my natural interests and skills. To expand my knowledge and abilities in equipment manufacturing field, I took CAD night classes at Bakersfield College and attended Solidworks learning courses. Later Golden Valley offered me a chance to take on a Equipment Designer role. Accomplishments: • Designed a Mobile Onion sorting line that allowed the onions to be sorted near the harvest location, eliminating trucking expenses to a sorting facility. Show less
