Prepared Compliance Reports. Manager Establishment Cell: (3 years) Supervised the Salary, Taxation and Provident Fund of Employees. Was part of Risk Management Group of the bank and reporting the misappropriations to the higher authorities. Branch Manager:(2 years) Supervised various day to day operations of the bank branch including managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering exceptional customer service, and growing the location's revenues. We as a team of seven members managed to increase the profit of the branch by 72% in a year by focusing on three key areas: deposit mobilization, loan disbursements and non performing asset recoveries.
