We hired Gunnar as general manager for our language travel agency in Barcelona since my partner and I were moving back go Germany. Gunnar adopted very quickly to the industry and the online sales and marketing challenged we faced, an area which was new to him at the time. He soon managed all areas of the company effectively. I got to know Gunnar as a very responsible, hard-working and disciplined person who will do anything to get a job done or a project completed. Among many other things, his strengths include team creation/development and leadership. Under his management we soon had the most dedicated team in the history of the company. He created a company culture where people liked to work and at the same time succeeded in getting the most out of them. Gunnar reported to me effectively both through regular meeting and written reports, and always kept me informed in the right way. Last but not least, he is a very pleasant person to work with and to do business together. I can recommend him without hesitation to anybody looking for a seasoned manager and team builder.

The first thing I would like to say about Gunnar is his great talent in team building and leadership skills. Gunnar joined to our company in 2012 as the General Manager, when my partner and I were about to leave Barcelona and looking for someone who could run and lead our company instead. Gunnar has a right mix of supervisory and motivational skills, and with his rich multicultural background, he successfully lead our international team to even more professional level than before. Gunnar was not only strong in leading people but also very good at understanding our business industry and online marketing strategies which were both quite new for him. He also has a great sense of humor and I really enjoyed working with him. I would strongly recommend Gunnar for any senior role especially that also involves team creation or team development.
