Completion Engineer • Assisted in the development of Hess's Bakken plug and perf design.• Identified a gap in vendor contracts and exposed a concern that saved Hess $24 million in 2019.• Analyzed plug and perf stage performance and the optimization of dissolvable plugs and toe tracers for effective stage distribution and performance. • Successfully engineered and managed an expandable liner patch project in the curve to fracture stimulate a defect well. Process Engineer • Developed a Spotfire dashboard that identified wells with near plugged flowlines prior to failure to eliminate operational expenses. • Incorporated equipment to optimize down hole treatments for cost savings. • Completed management of changes (MOC's) to improve facility design to increase reliability.• Provided daily operational support to limit deferred production.Offshore Experience• Spent one week on a drillship in the Gulf of Mexico.
