I research Innovation processes in industry and enterprises funded by the Norwegian Research Council and regional funds including Lean projects in packaging industry and Value stream mapping and change projects in health care and food industry. I am interested in how process improvement methodologies, such as lean evolve and adapt over time, and what impact they have on the competitiveness of organizations. I am author of the book The Assembly of Lean Production ISBN 978-82-471-2894-7.
