I had the pleasure to work with Gunilla during a couple of years when she joined Ericsson/Sony-Ericsson. Gunilla started up as the assistant for me and my product development team. Gunilla learnt the assistant job very quckly and within short she was eager to take on more tasks and more advanced tasks.After some time Gunilla took on a new challenge in my team as Technical Account Manager for one of of customers (a major mobile phone operator). Gunilla has been a pleasure to work with. Always positive, very ambitious, open-minded and always fighting to deliver a good work to the customer. I would be very happy to work with Gunilla again.

      Sales of planning tools for manufacturing industry, containers, logistic, elderly care, hospitals etc. An example of business development in close co-operation with customer was when I worked in sales with planning solutions. I should within an hour understand the customers complex problem, make a solution and present it. My example here is a solution I made for the home care /elderly care in Lysekil where it is unacceptable to forget a care taker. It was at this time alot of discussions going on, in media, about care takers being forgotten for days. I did a thorough analysis of the need and presented a system that was visual for the care givers, contained alot of information but with an imediate visualisation, easy to change, connected to door keys and classified. The manager at the care unit and the care givers where very pleased to solve the problem. We added some features and adjusted some details. the close co-operation with the customer created the best reference and I realised this system had become a success. I realised there was a national need and contacted care units all over Sweden. It resulted in a big success all over Sweden and is still today, 15 years later, requested. I have some more examples on similar business I have done. This is the way I believe a driven Account manager do business. Find a problem, solve it and see the business opportunities for customers within the same industry or similar. Show less
