This is a company I am using to assist organisations meet outcomes related to workforce development, social and environmental responsibility, future planning and change. I use elements of global reporting, ISO14001 and capacity building/lifelong learning to engage with indsutry and create long term processes that lead to positive change. Capability statement - My major commercial capability is in the provision of workforce realignment and training needs advice that meet the needs and vision of workplaces today and into the future. This is done by thoroughly assessing workforce processes within an organisation, and includes training needs analyses that match current and future training programs/tasks/roles and that are strategically aligned to organisational goals and visions so that workforce selection criteria, roles and tasks will also match. I also provide training in instructional intelligence, learning technologies and capacity building within organisations for individuals or groups and can assist with development of individuals through to organisational wide learning programs – face to face through to online. Although I have a background in science and training I have also worked with human resources, business systems and organisational sustainability. I work in a collaborative and respectful way to build and enhance organisational performance.
