I had been promoted as Senior Lecturer in Civil Engineering and transferred to Government Polytechnic, Ponnur, Guntur District, in the existing vacancy. I joined the new institution on 01-03-2019 FN. Acted as Observer of Board Diploma End Examinations and admissions in private polytechnics. Participated in a three-day workshop on revision of Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) C20 curriculum w.e.f. the academic year 2020-2021 to prepare new syllabus in tune with the latest industry trends. Worked as EDEP (Electronic Dispatch of Examination Papers) officer for downloading, decrypting, printing, etc of Board Diploma End Examinations. Frequently, attending to any other assignments assigned by Head of Institution and Head of Civil Engineering Section. Appointed as NBA (National Board of Accreditation) coordinator at institute level. My role in the first project is incharge of building, SPF-2-this is meant for final preparation of satellite encapsulation and fuel filling. 2. In the second project my role is to coordinate with site engineers who are responsible for individual buildings and quantity survey. Responsibilities: 1. In the first project my responsibilities are basically execution of SFP-2 building, allocating work to workers, managing them on day-to-day basis, prepared BBS, shuttering schedules, prepared pour cards, before pouring concrete it have to be verified, checked and certified by the consultants, prepared bills of sub-contractors. At the end of execution I was sent to quantity survey / billing section where I was responsible for the quantity survey of whole project / billing. 2. In the second project, my responsibility was mainly quantity survey / billing, extra claims, maintained documents pertaing to contract management, etc. Also, responsible for coordinating between site engineers and reporting to Project Manager to remove bottle necks etc. Show less
