  Some of my projects: (manufacturing, office, maintenance and logistics) in several bussiness sectors (automotive, ceramics, packaging, food, nuts, beberage, supermarkets, furniture, electrical maintenance, etc.) Currently working abroad in Austria leading Manufacturing transformation projects. We develope Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement projects with the aim of improving productivity in organizations. Our challenge is to involve all staff, creating promoters of improvement and involving the rest of the areas. In all our projects, whether they are focused on productive environments such as manufacturing, offices, hotels or healthcare, our value is to count on people, from GEMBA (operators) to managers, and the focus on obtaining sustainable results, through the Lean Manufacturing system.
