Guide by two professionals revenue managers, I help and take own responsibility on the next reports: 1º Data actualization and review of daily pick-up, segments pick-up, and reservations. After data actualization, we did a small report with OTB, SDLY and Budget & Forecasting, immediately after that had a briefing were all head of departments show ups the informative news before starting the operative and discussed with GM. 2º During the briefing were some important dots for RM, such as, upsellings, inventory modification due to maintenance, news, groups, F&B report and guest experience comments. 3º Reservations meeting, were we commented any special reservation of individual quota, or any modification related with FIT, Smartboxs or not channel connected quota. Also, the cancellation report. 4º Sales meeting where we check any extra quota petition for groups, and we check which price were corresponding if this was outside the main contract, so we could stablish new room´s supplements. 5º We access onto SaaS systems to pulldown information were Business review or Weekly projection can be made (room type performance, stream performance, segment performance, negotiated accounts, curves of demand, STR Indexs, materialization of the series, second brand revenue and revenue management per OTA). 6º We did also create new Landings for groups, were we connected and structure: room types, prices with IVA, restrictions, and rate type. Group budget discoursed. 7º RMS actualization and events calendar. 8º Corporative strategies vs Hotel based strategies. Mostly of our daily revenue manager tasks were found to be needed in an agile way of work and cooperating and communicating constantly with the different departments in other to achieve our goal: increase the Hotel Profits. It will teach them how the transport system of Seville works and will give you guidelines for moving like a true sevillan, indicating where the university campuses are, the best gyms, bars, pharmacies, shops or areas of interest in the neighborhood where they live. In addition, it will accompany them to try their first tapas and enjoy the magic of flamenco.
