I've had the pleasure to be in Guillermo's Front Office team for over 3 years at the Conrad Brussels, which during this time, became today's Steigenberger Wiltcher's. It has not been an easy job to go from one brand to the other, with the extensive amount of changes and getting the entire team on board, but Guillermo has managed to do so with an incredible amount of energy and always a positive approach. As a manager Guillermo has been exemplary; his friendly and transparent way of working has motivated me and the entire Front Office team to take the best care of our guests. Guillermo was recruited as a receptionist and quickly was promoted to Supervisor just after a very successful opening of the Hilton Madrid Airport. He is a very talented professional, due to his astuteness, cultural awareness and language skills.
