Guillaume worked with the Blizzard Entertainment's EU Audio Visual team for a year, for the most part investigating and prototyping technology and mechanisms to collect, aggregate, analyse and report on the 6 EU languages production progress. It was unfortunate that, due to circumstances out of his or my control, he was unable to continue developing in the role. He was impressive in his attention to detail and in his curiosity to continually identify and minimize errors in the source data (due to the nature of it's collection process). His daily reports were appreciated by audio stakeholders globally. As well as his curiosity and attention to detail, he also demonstrated a remarkable level of emotional intelligence and was able to effectively negotiate with team members and stakeholders with a level of politeness and patience that I have rarely seen in the games industry or anywhere else.
