The goal of this research is to study ab initio reactions with three-nucleon interaction in the NCSM-RGM method. Three-nucleon forces are an essential ingredient of nuclear structure and reactions. For instance, the description of weakly-bound nuclei requires a very precise nuclear interaction and the treatment of the particle continuum. This work involves to a large extent high-performance computing and specific algorithms. Thèse de doctorat : "Functional Approach of Pairing in Nuclei". The goal of this thesis was to study the pairing correlations in the theoretical framework of the density functional. An energy functional that addresses the finiteness of superconductors or nuclei was derived. We studied the restoration of the particle number invariance in the context of the BCS theory of nuclei.
