  ✔ Conceptualized and implemented a new Material Qualification process for PMI Worldwide to deploy new materials faster and in a more reliable manner. Facilitated the discussion and alignment among all central functions (Procurement, Manufacturing, R&D and Supply Chain). This resulted in 50% reduction in project lead-time.✔ Managed a team of 3 Qualification Leaders coordinating continuously ≈40 global qualification projects, which ensure that any new material rolled out would fulfill PMI requirements in terms of product specifications and manufacturing performance (27 factories in scope). Between 2019 and 2020, those projects generated massive savings (>100M$), secured the global raw materials supply, and enabled multiple new materials deployment across 4 continents.

  ✔ Led a Regional Task Force of 15 stakeholders from 8 different EU factories to review and resolve key consumer complaints (Reduced-risk products).✔ Handled continuously ≈12 regional qualification projects impacting 8 production centers. Between 2017 and 2019, those projects led to significant savings (>30M$), secured the EU raw materials supply, and enabled multiple new materials deployment in the region. ✔ Programmed and implemented two major tools to better anticipate and analyze material performance on EU factories’ production floor. These spreadsheets enabled EU factory workers and local process engineers (≈200 people in total) to reduce the time spent on these tasks every day.
