Possédant des connaissances financières et managériales; il est orienté vers l'encadrement des opérationnel, cela en fait un interlocuteur performant et complet qui s'est s'adapté à ses équipes.

Guillaume n'est pas seulement un excellent manager, c'est aussi quelqu'un avec un charisme incroyable. Peu de gens ont la possibilité de rendre compte à un manager qui est également un mentor, mais j’ai eu cette chance quand je travaillais avec Guillaume lors de mon stage de fin d’études d’ingénierie. Malgré ses responsabilités, Guillaume a toujours su se rendre disponible pour moi. J'ai vraiment été impressionné par sa façon de travailler, par son sens du management, du commerce et par sa capacité à choisir les bons collaborateurs. Il a su voir les forces et faiblesses de chacun des intervenants et sélectionner ceux qui étaient le plus compatibles avec l'entreprise. Il fait également preuve de proximité avec ses collaborateurs (j'espère d’ailleurs un jour arriver à le battre à la pétanque) et sa façon de gérer les conflits a permis à l'entreprise d’attendre ses objectifs. Guillaume a un grand sens du management collaboratif et de la communication, et quel que soit le moment de sa carrière, trouver un responsable comme lui est toujours une véritable source d’enrichissement. Je ne saurais mieux faire que de recommander vivement Guillaume pour ses talents de dirigeant.
