  As a Laboratory Analyst, I work for one of the Fitz Scientific's largest clients. Responsible for performing samples analysis on-site in a Solvents Recovery Facility at Dublin Port. Critical turnaround times and excellency to deliver accurate results, ensuring customers to get what they want.Responsibilities:* Routine Calibration/Operation/Troubleshooting for several equipments:- Bomb Calorimeter- pH Meter- Karl Fisher Water Content- XRF Spectrometer- GCMS- Analytical Balances- Flashpoint Meter- Combustion Ion Chromatography * Checks for peripheral equipments fully operational:- Oven- Fume Hoods and Extraction Systems- Gas Cylinders- Water Filter- Water Bath- Heating/Refrigerated Circulator* Quality/Management- Analysis carried out as per the SOP/GOP.- Review & Write SOPs.- Complete and review QC Charts.- Follow and implement ISO 17025, ensuring quality controls are implemented.- Progressively development the accreditation scopes.- Use of LIMS to log samples/process results/job off.- Communication with customers to assist with queries.- Carry stocktake monthly/Manage stock levels.- Maintain a tidy workplace to ensure safety and good workflow.- Daily Plans to ensure reporting results within turnaround time.
