      At Dell, I was responsible for Senior IT positions (Salesforce, .NET, C#, JAVA, etc.) and also Entry Level & Internship positions, all of them in high volume.       This was the start of my career, a 20 hour per week, paid apprenticeship in one of the largest Health Conglomerates of my state. AESC manages some of the most complex hospitals in Porto Alegre and Caxias do Sul and during my time there I started developing skills related to Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
