Within the Cidade Matarazzo project, a real estate complex of R $ 2.2 billion with designs by Phillippe Stark and Jean Nouvel and containing museum, shopping mall, corporate building, church, cinema and a 6-star hotel operated by the Rosewood, there are, in addition to the hotel rooms, 110 hotel suites that can be customized by its buyers. My role in this project is to manage these customizations with all the different customers and make sure that they are all compatible with the requirements of the building and the work that is underway during the process of selling these apartments for personalization. In addition, I coordinate the purchase of all FF&E items for the suites that will be under the management of the hotel in a rental program.For the public areas, I am involved on cost control and contract management mainly for millwork, joinery and various stone contracts.

Since 2015 we started a big project at Hilton, involving different areas of the hotel. We act in construction schedule, procurement, construction management, cashflow forecast, cashflow control, design compatibility, product development, branding adaptions and project management, always reporting directly to the US team responsible for asset management. We held projects such as restaurant, coffee shop, lobby, reception, pool, staff and in the 503 rooms renovations.As a partner, I signed the designs of restaurants for the design show CASACOR 2017 and 2018 being the third most publicized space from the event.
