Among my activities were: - Daily presentations for IT Universe and Didi App to follow results and expectations. - Team management. After completing the Didi App project, I joined the InBrands project. At a national level, the objective of the project was to replace Intelbras RF 1200 Wi-Fi routers in shopping stores belonging to the Inbrands group (Richards, VR, Outlets, Bobstore and Ellus). Among my activities were: - Daily meetings with the client and IT Universe to monitor and align the project. - Daily meetings with vendors to align router delivery and send a technician to resolve the activity. - Follow-up and validation with the technician when replacing the router. After completing the InBrands project, I joined the company's biggest project to date, which would be IMC (International Meal Company) project. The project aimed to carry out the opening of new Pizza Hut and the restructuring of KFC for reopening, both across the country. My activities related to this project were: - Training and managing the support team, as well as carrying out strategic planning and ensuring quality in the final result. - Daily meetings with the client for alignment on the project. - Weekly presentations to IT Universe for follow-up. - Contact with vendors about sending field technicians, equipment for store assembly, link activation, among others. - On-site monitoring of some stores in São Paulo to guarantee delivery quality.
