  Als Project manager van dit greenfeeld project was ik verantwoordelijk voor de migratie van 2 losstaande ERP/WMS systemen naar 1 nieuw Microsoft Business Central ERP/WMS, gekoppeld aan 2 eCommerce platformen met een totaal van 38 webshops en een kassasysteem met 5 winkels. door de juiste pakket keuze, proces definitie, scope bepaling en implementatieproject hebben we een IT landschap gecreëerd voor de verwerking van ruim 1.2 miljoen B2C orders per jaar met de doelstelling te kunnen groeien naar ruim 2 miljoen orders per jaar. Tevens gedurende het project heeft er een verhuizing plaats gevonden van 2 magazijnen naar een nieuw 16000 m2 magazijn met voorraad voor ruim 300K verschillende artikelen. Onderdeel van het project was het definiëren van en implementeren van een outbound, inbound en retouren proces binnen het gekozen WMS. Passa Sports is de Corporatieve naam van de e-Commerce bedrijven Sportshop.com en Sportshopsdirect.nl. Met de fusie in 2019 is er een snelgroeiend bedrijf ontstaan met meer dan 275 medewerkers, ruim 9.000m2 aan magazijn, 6 fysieke winkels, 38 gespecialiseerde webshops en verkoopkantoren in Waalwijk (NL), Warmond (NL), Köln (DE) en Götenburg (SE) Met ruim 20 jaar ervaring binnen Sports e-Commerce en online retail is onze doelstelling consumenten via gespecialiseerde webshops en winkels, een specialistisch advies te geven in hun zoektocht naar de beste sportartikelen, uiteraard tegen concurrerende prijzen.
