Jordi Ferran
Guido was the Customer Experience lead in a large format printer development I managed. As such, Guido was responsible for researching customer needs and preferences for this category of products, design of product usability and UI and coordination of Industrial Design activities. Thanks to Guido’s deep knowledge and business acumen we achieved our goal to deliver a truly easy to use and attractive product (won the Red Dot Award 2016) while meeting our project objectives in terms of delivery schedule and cost. His collaborative, balanced and pragmatic style made him a very strong team member and helped drive significant breakthroughs in his area of responsibility.
