Impleco focuses on cross border VAT reclaim services that followed the lean startup method. Part of IESE´s Summer Startup Experience, including weekly presentations to mentors, investors and professors. Developed the market entry strategy, established the value proposition, analyzed the client segmentation, ran online and offline marketing campaigns and identified key partners in close cooperation with three co-founders.Together we also structured the operations process end-to-end as a solution for potential partners to offer to their clients and pitched the solution to potential partners and final clients highlighting the revenue opportunity for partners and cost savings for final clients.
