Gareth assists condominium clients with every legal issue which walks in their front doors including all facets of the Condominium Act, 1998, drafting condominium documents and agreements, shared facilities matters, commercial contracts and construction contracts, building deficiencies, statutory and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, technical real estate matters (including zoning and use issues), and alternative dispute resolution and litigation management.Gareth frequently chairs meetings of condominium owners, including annual, special, and requisitioned meetings, acts as an expert resource at owners’ meetings, and he is conversant in all matters of meeting procedure.Gareth acts for licensed condominium property managers and their businesses, including property management agreements and compliance with the Condominium Management Services Act, 2015.
