This meant navigating in the bureaucratic system in Brazil to apply for formel and ethical permissions to fulfill a researchproject in the Amazon, living and participating in the everyday life in the field - a small riverine society in the rainforest, being accepted in another culture, interviewing, observing, and collecting my own data for my dissertation/thesis.
