    • Auto Racing - Super Touring (ST) Series Director
      • Nob 2022 - - Kasalukuyan

NASA’s Super Touring (ST) series provides a stage to showcase driving talent in a racing atmosphere, with hopes that the most talented drivers advance to even higher levels of motorsport. It provides a venue for spirited on-track competition in high-performance racecars of all makes, models, and types. The vehicle classing structure is based on an “Adjusted Weight/Power Ratio” model that provides a fair balance in performance.Part of my position includes:• Educating current and future drivers about the Super Touring series and help them understand where they and their car would fit. This includes answering modification factor questions and explaining why the rules are the way they are. I also am responsible for providing a positive atmosphere for new entrants to help improve NASA's market share in the club racing world.• Managing various social media outlets to promote and educate the current batch of racers and future ones. I create content to generate hype around the series and reinforce why it is considered one of the best non-spec racing classes within the organization.• Connecting with new brands and partners for new potential contingency programs on a regional level and work to help improve existing programs.• Making sure all competitors have their vehicles prepared within their class guidelines and are in compliance with the rulebook. This process involves data analysis, dynamometer and minimum weight compliance, technical inspections, video review and more.• Finding solutions to complex situations that include but are not limited to: Classing changes, car adjustments, updates to the compliance database, working with the Race Director regarding the occasional on-track incidents, help determine the next steps for results.
