I was recruited by IFS 360, which was recently acquired by Rakuten Super Logistics, as part of the IT team with the main focus of implementing new Warehouse Management software to replace an outdated and insecure application. Along with learning and implementing the new WMS I was asked to view current processes and implement improvements to increase order volume and accuracy. Beyond WMS implementation my day to day duties included shipping station setup, printer setup and maintenance, creating learning material for the team and clients, and various troubleshooting of issues. I was also involved with monitoring picking and shipping lines depending on staffing needs which included interaction with a variety of people from across many backgrounds. Most recently I worked for The Circuit Bouldering Gym as the Membership Manager, coach of The Circuit Breakers, and route setter. My duties included organization of membership documents, communication with members about membership issues, and one on one interaction with customers. Through coaching I was tasked with developing lesson plans for our team practices.
