I would like to endorse Gretchen as a mentor for new reps. I have worked with her for a year now, and was able to have her travel to my territory to train me. There were a lot of things that really helped me, I will list a few: 1) She worked with me to refine and improve my precall planning, and she helped me identify a game plan for each office before we went in. We even roll played in the car before going in. Gretchen was not easy on me, she pushed me to be better. 2) Had good in-depth knowledge of her products. Before I arrived in my territory it was losing a lot of business in a certain area. SHe worked to train me and her experience and expertise were extremely helpful to me. 3) She helped me organize my car and set up demo products. 4) She sent videos of her presentation to me to study. This was also very helpful. 5) She was professional in office calls and helped me learn new ways to get through the front desk. Gretchen is a fabulous and talented public speaker when it comes to educating and persuading dental professionals. I recently had a large group practice invite her to present our prevention portfolio to each branch. This invitation was based on seeing Gretchen speak at a local seminar, where one of the group's partner saw her knowledge, skills and abilities first-hand. Her presentations at these GP's demonstrated her ability to taylor the GP's mission statement to her presentation, effectively probe the customer's needs, provide support, resolve objections and gain acceptance on her agenda. I now expect to see our revenue at this large group practice to triple for 2014 based on her presentions. Gretchen is a very valuable resource, and I gladly recommend her. Fredrik Eliason
