I reporting to Greg for a number of years at Rentokil Initial (RI) while I was the Business Improvement Manager, and at all times I have found Greg to be an accountable and hard-working Managing Director in all areas. While MD at RI Greg was passionate about sales and business growth and his ability to drive this was evident in the results - the RI business was in Net Gain for a record number of months while under the directive of Greg. Greg had a way of ensuring his direct team and the wider teams felt a sense of pride and fulfilment in the business. While working with Greg, he coached and developed my skill-set and always encouraged me to reach further and deliver more than I thought possible.
