I've worked alongside Greg for several marketing initiatives whilst at Brightside. In that time, I've seen him champion customer communications and undertake a strategic piece of work emphasising Data Quality. I've also seen him excel at the core elements of his job - like copywriting, copyediting and product marketing. He demonstrates not only mastery for his core role, but also the ability to take on new projects that are both difficult and critical to the company's growth. In fact, Greg taking on data quality initiative aligned with an increase in customer happiness in regards to personalised communications. This was no small feat and with support from the team developed several solutions that were implemented as priority ideas. As well as Greg's cheerful disposition towards challenging initiatives I will miss working with someone who sees the customer as the reason to deliver great work on a daily basis.

Greg is a very detailed oriented and thoughtful manager - he built a marketing and contact centre team from the ground up, managed tight budgets and prioritised effectively to create an online and customer focused profile for City of Bristol College. Greg's quiet confidence and ability to adapt to the further education landscape together with his ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the organisation, enabled his success. Greg project managed the development of a new college website, research projects and the enhancement of COBC's digital footprint in addition to a complete refresh of all paper based collateral and e-marketing approaches.
