In addition to his many technical skills, Greg is an exceptional 'people' manager. As HR Manager at Geocal, I was immediately impressed with how compassionately he managed the staff members fortunate enough to work for him. His patience and encouragement, his organizational talents, and his sincere interest in the welfare of others was a key element in the retention of key employees in a high-turnover field.

Greg performed his managerial role in the construction services group within the same engineering firm that we both worked at several years ago. He supervised the field technicians and was responsible for scheduling and reporting to the client representatives. I was in a somewhat parallel role with in environmental group responsible for regional Health and Safety. Greg always conducted himself in very professional manner and held construction safety in high regard. I enjoyed working with Greg on several construction projects that required industrial hygiene and health and safety oversight. I remember Greg's quick response to high priority items and details were critical to the success of projects.
