Christopher Daniel
When I think of a management guru I think of Greg. His ability to implement cutting-edge management practices that empower subordinates and team members while providing results make him a true Non-Profit leader. Greg can consistently rally people around multi-faceted and multi-sectoral projects helping them find the shortest paths to good decisions and ensuring their ownership of shared tasks. I learned a lot from Greg during our collaboration at CRS and hope we might have the opportunity to work together again in the future.
Rick Nidel
Greg was the engine for an entire new approach to management and financial accountability at CRS....from a program perspective. He saw beyond bean-counters and their needs to balance books on 6 continents, to the needs of real people on the ground in the tough places where he served. His stories, mostly shared in airport waiting lounges or hanging around waiting for a meeting to convene when the big-wigs showed up, were insightful, entertaining, and often frightening. What emerged was a picture of a man who has spent his life, shared his intelligence, and bared his heart in service to those less fortunate. I would love to put a firm together that includes Greg as a senior consultant. He's been there, done that, and got many tee-shirts to show for it. Greg hits the ground running and knows how to get stuff done.
