We went live on NAV 2015 on 2/1/17 and completed a technical upgrade to NAV 2017 on 6/5/1 7. We also completed a technical upgrade to 2018 in March of 2018. We completed an upgrade to Business Central In September 2019 by fully migrating our custom code to extensions. We have enhanced the software with projects such as Credit Management, Extended Notes, Material Certifications, Wireless Warehouse, and Subcontractor Processing. We have taken BC to a whole new level with a multitude of small changes to improve the productivity and ease of use for our associates. We are currently implementing a SharePoint based Quality System, Data Warehouse, Microsoft's CRM and a Routing Configurator. I now manage all IT functions and our Managed Services provider. We have implemented Office 365 E3 so that we could use SharePoint with Clever Docs. We have replaced our firewalls, wireless access points and switches to state of the are Meraki equipment in four buildings. Our wireless has been fully optimized through the use of heat maps. We have upgraded our users computers and we continue to replace two computers a month so that our users stay current with technology changes by getting a new computer at least every five years. We completed our migration to Comcast Business for our Fiber and phones in August of 2019. We have completed the move of our servers to New Continuum hosting center in September of 2019. We have fully updated our Fire Protection and Security Systems. We have replaced our analog cameras with digital cameras at all locations. We have replaced all of our leased printers and copiers with newer/faster Kyocera equipment. In my time at Tri Star Metals, I have progressed from ERP Manager to IT Manager and now to Director of Technical Resources.
