I had the pleasure of working with Greg as a Learning and Development Specialist at Tonal, and I highly recommend him. Greg was instrumental in facilitating virtual sales training for our team and ensuring that the sessions were engaging and effective. His ability to connect with the learners and tailor the content to their needs and skill levels was truly impressive. Learners all gave Greg high praise after his virtual led and in person sessions. He does a wonderful job bringing the content to life in a fresh, memorable, and engaging manner. Greg was also a skilled facilitator of needs analysis focus groups, where he led insightful discussions with key stakeholders from Senior level managers to frontline staff to identify training and development gaps and develop solutions to address them. It was such a pleasure to have Greg on my team at Tonal. Greg is keen, insightful, passionate and always comes to the table with a solution-based mindset. He's able to quickly problem solve with innovative ideas and always adds a great opinion to any new project. He's a hard worker and puts so much passion. strategy and energy into the work that he does. Greg took on quite a large department and project-load to support when he came on-board at Tonal and did it with grace and ease. He built fantastic rapport with his stakeholders and managed his projects well on his own, while still supporting the greater l&d team as well. An A+ team player.
