Joel Bowdan III

I had the opportunity to work with Greg while he was the Director of Public Services for the City of Wixom. Greg was great to work with as a long time client of HRC and he provided a team approach to review, negotiation and approvals of small and large scale private and public development work during a period of time when Wixom was experiencing large growth. Working together, Greg and HRC implemented a large multi-year water system capital improvement project to add storage, pumping, pressure reduction, and major distribution improvements, and contract negotiations with the City of Detroit to extend and connect to the DWSD potable water system.

Greg was a great client and provided direction and technical support to the work assigned to TYJT. He had open discussions on technical approaches and was great to work with.
