  Since staring at Cahill Contractors, I have completed several medical TI offices at Stanford University, estimated and was awarded the new temporary MRI buildings on Welsh Rd., Remodeled 65,000 square feet of offices, courtrooms, classroom and restroom upgrades at the Golden Gate University. Currently, at GGU, we are remodeling the 1st and Mezzanine floors consisting of the Library, Book Store and a Cafe,(24,000 square feet). Also, during this time we are remodeling offices on the 2nd floor,( 5,500 sq.') 3rd floor, ( 10,000 sq.') and 5th floor, ( 3,200 sq. '), with another 3200 sq. feet to start in August. In mid July we start the 6th floor remodel (7,000 sq.') which includes added skylights, glazing walls and teacher cafe/breakroom. We are consistently turning over areas which requires constant inspections including San Francisco's new Title 24 power and lighting requirements. IT's been extremely busy here these past several years but all area schedules have been met and we have moved our clients in right on time.
